Fliteboard’s history started in 2017 with an initial focus on raising awareness of their product, and generating custom deposit-based orders, and the original website was developed with this purpose in mind.
Not being a fully functioning e-commerce website, when the business began to evolve and grow, and the market and their customers became more demanding, numerous operational challenges began to arise.
Fliteboard recognised the need to migrate to a powerful ecommerce platform in order to overcome these challenges, and partnered with 30Acres to undergo a migration to Shopify Plus.
Over the course of the business, it had been identified that their biggest markets were offshore, thus a series of international localised stores were also required as part of the migration. All sites required a seamless integration with product and inventory management software, a robust SEO internationalisation strategy, and intuitive UX design.
